Mission Statement
Patrick Sessions Founder, President and Partner

Prior to forming Sessions Development Corporation, Mr. Sessions served as president of the Weston Division and Special Projects Division of The Arvida Company, a large developer of planned communities throughout the Southeast. The Weston community, which Mr. Sessions developed and managed, is the largest planned development in South Florida, exceeding 10,000 acres. He was responsible for all land planning, product development, sales, public relations and marketing activities for the master planned community, as well as the development and operation of Weston Hills Country Club. The Arvida Special Projects under his direction included such premier developments as The Addison, Mizner Village and Boca West, in Boca Raton, as well as Cocoplum, a high-end waterfront single-family community in Coral Gables, Florida.

Mr. Sessions served as Vice President of Real Estate for Huizenga Holdings, Inc. In this capacity, he was responsible for the acquisition, development and management of the personal real estate holdings of H. Wayne Huizenga, a prominent South Florida businessman. Assets included a 300-acre waterfront single-family community with an 18-hole championship golf course and 88-slip marina in Stuart, and the Dolphin Center Project, which includes the Dolphins Stadium (formerly Pro Player Stadium), 800,000 square feet of office space and 465,000 square feet of retail space in Miami-Dade County.

In addition, Mr. Sessions has extensive experience with government entities, including Federal, County and State agencies regarding environment and master planning issues. He also holds a State of Florida Unlimited Construction License.
