Durbin Crossing

Jason Sessions served a managing director for a private partnership for the Durbin Crossing Development. Located in St. Johns County this 2,000-acre master planned development included 1,550 single-family homes, 660 multi-family units and 200,000 square feet of commercial space. Durbin Crossing utilized a Community Development District to fund and maintain the master infrastructure including two large amenity centers. Durbin Crossing was consistently the top selling community in Jacksonville during the 2000’s with diverse multi builder program.
