Jason Sessions has over 15 years of experience in all phases of management of real estate projects, ranging from condominiums, land development, rental conversions, construction management, marketing and sales management.

Mr. Sessions provides strong organizational skills to, assemble direct and facilitate project teams for effective real estate development. His diverse background includes strategic planning, design and construction, sales and marketing, operations, financial management, property acquisitions, ground-up development and fast-track projects.

He has served as Project Manager of Atlantic Gulf Communities real estate developments including Sunset Lakes in Miramar, Jupiter Ocean Grande in Jupiter, and Regency Island Dunes on Hutchinson Island, Fl. and as Managing Director and Partner on Ocean Links of Ponte Vedra in Ponte Vedra, Fl and Sail Cove Town Center in Jacksonville. He is currently Vice President and Partner for Durbin Crossing, a 2000 acre Master planned community in south Jacksonville.
